GED/ESL Programs

Hoops Express, Inc has developed programs to allow youths and young adults complete their GED and/ or high school diplomas. This program is geared to assist youth or young adults complete their basic education while preparing for transition into sustainable career paths. Similarly, the ESL classes assist non- native English speakers with learning English as a second language to improve basic education and employment prospects. This program is especially important as Newburgh has a Latino community comprised of 35% of the local population.
